This Privacy Policy explains how Quilqy Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Calibri ("Calibri", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website at getcalibri.com (the "Site") or use our services (together with the Site, the "Service").

Calibri is based in the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

2. Who is the Controller of Your Data

Quilqy Inc. d/b/a Calibri is the controller of personal information we collect about visitors to the Site and customers of the Service.

Where we process personal information on behalf of a customer (for example, when a customer uses the Service to send outbound communications to their own prospects), we act as a processor or service provider to that customer. In those cases, the customer is the controller of that personal information, and our handling of it is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account information: name, email address, company name, billing address, and similar information when you sign up for the Service or contact us.
  • Payment information: when you pay for the Service, your payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. We receive a token and limited metadata (e.g., card brand, last four digits) but do not store full card details.
  • Service content: any data, copy, lists, credentials, brand assets, or other materials you provide for us to use in delivering the Service.
  • Communications: the content of messages you send to us by email, support form, chat, or other channels.

3.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit the Site or use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Usage data: actions taken in the Service, features used, and similar telemetry.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 8 below.

6.1 Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We share personal information with vendors that help us run our business and deliver the Service, under contractual obligations to protect that information. Our current sub-processors include:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (United States)
  • Hetzner Online GmbH — application hosting and infrastructure (Germany)
  • Lovable AB — frontend application platform (Sweden)
  • GoDaddy.com, LLC — domain and related services (United States)
  • Google LLC — business email, document storage, and connectivity to customer mailboxes (United States / EEA)
  • Microsoft Corporation — connectivity to customer mailboxes (Microsoft 365 / Outlook) (United States / EEA)
  • Anthropic, PBC (Claude) — AI processing for deliverability analysis and recommendations (United States)
  • Calibri-operated infrastructure — internal data orchestration on servers located in Germany

6.2 Affiliates

We may share information with Quilqy Inc. affiliates and other brands operating under Quilqy Inc. (e.g., Funnel Bakers) for internal business administration.

6.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • enforce our agreements, including investigation of potential violations;
  • detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues;
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of Calibri, our customers, or the public.

6.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections set out in this Policy.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value.


7. International Data Transfers

Calibri is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

For transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries that have not received an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable) as the transfer mechanism. We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, web beacons, local storage) to:

9. Data Retention

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Backup copies: may persist in encrypted form for an additional limited period for business-continuity purposes.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete or anonymize it.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, and the purposes;
  • access the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you;
  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of "sales" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising);
  • limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right);
  • non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

11.3 How to Exercise Your Rights

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.


12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact oleg@funnelbakers.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.


13. Third-Party Sites and Services
